Shantel Burwell joined Progressive Healthcare in 2025, bringing extensive experience in project management from her 17-year career with Apple Inc. Throughout her career, Shantel has led complex initiatives, coordinated cross-functional teams, and driven operational excellence in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

Shantel attended Elizabeth City State University and later graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology.
