Rick possesses more than ten years of experience in accounting and finance. Over the past eight years Rick has specialized in the financial review of proposed physician/hospital transactions. He has a strong background in the integration of physician practices within hospital systems focusing closely upon the development and implementation of business and strategic plans.

Rick has worked closely with physicians, hospital and corporate executives to develop new market strategies, manage existing practice operations and perform detailed practice analysis. He also possesses strong knowledge of initial physician practice start up and interim practice management. His projects routinely involve complex financial and operational transactions and are critical to the success of the organization.
